Kristin Ashley

Kristin is the COO of Enable Dental, responsible for leading and scaling all aspects of operations to ensure high-quality and efficient care delivery for patients & clients. Passionate about healthcare innovation and equity, she is motivated by the opportunity to increase access to patient-centric dental services for underserved populations. 

Before joining Enable Dental, Kristin helped scale digital health unicorn Everly Health, holding operational and commercial executive leadership roles on both the consumer and enterprise sides of the business. Prior to Everly, she led the Strategic Planning function at Pizza Hut U.S., playing an integral role in driving the brand’s multi-year turnaround. Kristin started her career in management consulting, advising executives on high-stakes strategic initiatives, ranging from billion-dollar M&A to new market entry to operational transformation.

She holds a BS in Engineering Management Science (Valedictorian) and Mathematics, and an MS in Operations Research from Southern Methodist University, where she was also a competitive Division 1 cheerleader.
