Schedule an initial comprehensive dental exam
and cleaning

We will contact you within one business day of submitting the online consent form to find a day and time that works for you. If the dental issue is urgent, please call us so we can expedite your dental visit.

Dental team visit

Our dental professionals will conduct a comprehensive new patient examination, including x-rays, in the comfort of your home. Our team will communicate any recommended treatment to address issues identified by the dentist.If requested, our dental professionals will also provide a thorough teeth cleaning and fluoride application. Routine cleanings are critical to maintaining oral health and preventing against decay.

If treatment is required and approved, we will attempt to complete the treatment during the first visit, but our team will work with you to schedule another visit by our team to complete the work if necessary.

Routine quarterly follow-up visits
(periodic exams and cleanings)

We handle all the logistics and scheduling with our partner facilities to ensure consistent care for your loved one. We recommend periodic exams occur every 6 months and cleanings every 3 months. X-rays will be taken on an annual basis.

How do I sign up?


You need to fill out a New Patient Consent Form. You can also call us at (866) 988-4504 or email if you have any issues completing the forms online. For returning patients, we will automatically schedule you for the frequency you chose on your consent form.

Do you have a van or do you set up inside?

We have portable equipment which is brought inside the patient’s place of residence. This includes a portable dental exam chair, a digital x-ray system, and a military-grade portable dental operatory system, as well as the necessary tools and equipment for providing a wide range of dental services.

Can you come to my house?

Yes, we can see patients in a home setting as well as community settings. The home-visit service fee depends on your location relative to our dental teams.

I just want a cleaning - do I have to need an exam?

All patients must be seen first by one of our dentists for a comprehensive evaluation, medical history review, and x-rays.

Do you accept dental insurance?

Yes, Enable Dental is an out-of-network dental provider. Please call your insurance company to see if your policy provides coverage for out-of-network providers. Our billing team is happy to provide you a pre-filled ADA insurance form that you can provide to your insurance company to see if the procedures are covered and at what amount. Please call us and we can walk you through the process!

Can I arrange a payment plan?

Yes, we provide on a case-by-case basis financed payment plans for treatment. Routine exam and cleaning charges may not be financed. More details can be received by emailing
