Courtney Garland, DDS
Dr. Courtney Garland was raised in Eastern Tennessee and completed her undergraduate degree at East Tennessee State University earning a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She then went to the University of Florida College of Dentistry to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine. To begin her dental career, she moved to Jefferson County, MO and worked for 18 months at the St. Louis County Department of Health as a staff dentist. Dr. Garland then joined COMTREA, a Jefferson County FQHC, where she worked for the next 9 years as a dentist, Associate Dental Director and finally as the Oral Health Director. Dr. Garland returned to her home state of Tennessee and currently practices locally at a rural private practice and a non-profit while working remotely and on site for a national mobile dental company. Dr. Garland has a passion for working with at risk populations and is motivated to finding innovative ways to provide quality care for those who need who need oral health care the most.
