Melissa Alconcel, DDS
Dr. Lissa Alconcel provides patients with comprehensive care for optimum dental well-being. As a former dental patient coordinator, Dr. Alconcel understands the importance of building trusting and long-lasting relationships with patients. Through personalized care, we can assure the most comfortable and individualized treatment possible. As an active member of multiple study organizations, Dr. Alconcel is committed to continuing her education and staying up to date on the most recent advances in the dental field. Dr. Alconcel is a Colorado native and attended Colorado State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in finance and her master’s degree in toxicology. As an undergraduate at Colorado State University, Dr. Alconcel competed as an NCAA Division I swimmer for the CSU Rams. Upon graduation, she continued to train as a triathlete and went on to compete in three Ironman Triathlons. Dr. Alconcel graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, during which time she was president of the American Association of Women Dentists and the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine’s national representative to the Christian Medical and Dental Association®. Among her many accomplishments, Dr. Alconcel is also certified as an emergency medical technician (EMT). Dr. Alconcel and her husband, Brandon, have three children, Owen, Brooke and Ryan, as well as two dogs, a boxer and lab mix named Izzy and a Boston terrier named Kali. Together, they all enjoy the Colorado outdoors, attending CSU football games, swimming, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
